Saying Goodbye/Hello

We are about to embark on a journey as a family down to southern China. It's exciting to be doing a work for the kingdom, work together as a family. It's going to have it's challenges and hard moments but overall it should be great.

But it's hard to get excited and mentally prepared as at the same time we are saying goodbye to our home for the past 4 years and to great friends who have become like family.

How can we switch gears from feeling overwhelming sadness to excitment and a time of service.
